- Supporting the Transport Department
- Assisting the management of the groups fleet, whilst implementing effective customer service
- Supporting the Operations departments in the achievement of individual and organisational goals and objectives
- Creating a stronger link between the Planning and Operations Department

What you’ll be doing
- Liaising with both customers and the warehouse depot to ensure all targets and deliveries are met
- Ensuring that the scheduling of work is accurate and up to date on the in house system
- Maximising the efficiency and profitability of the group's fleet
- Keeping systems updated with accurate and reliable data inputting
- Completing office administration
- Dealing with daily operational problems
- Monitoring Network KPI's
- Consistently communicating between the office and the Drivers
